Plantar Fasciitis Insole

Plantar Fasciitis takes its name from the broad band of tissue, plantar fascia, which supports the arch of the foot and stretches from the heel bone to the toes. It’s designed to act as a dynamic shock absorber but if too much stress is placed on it, then over time it can tighten up, tear, and become inflamed. When this happens plantar fasciitis sets in causing pain to be felt both in the heel and arch of the foot when a person attempts to stand up or walk.
